Yoga is coming to Fitness Firm! June 2 at 6:45p, Marcus Dane will be starting his class with us! This class is more of an intermediate to advanced level but can still be beneficial to beginners! Sometime during the summer, we should be adding a more restorative style class or two! Prices are different than our normal group class rates to stay competitive. It is $15 for a non-member and $10 for a member (if you purchase group class packages, you are included in the member price).
